Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products, as long as:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

• The seal is fully intact

• You have proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt)

We’re unable to accept returns of opened products for safety and hygiene reasons.

What Can’t Be Returned

We’re not able to offer returns or refunds for:

• Opened or used products

• Items purchased during special sales or promotions (unless they arrived damaged)

• Free gifts or samples

• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at connect@oakandzen.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief reason for the return

• A clear photo of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds Made Simple

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

• If we’re unable to accept the return (e.g., opened packaging), we’ll notify you and return the product back to you

Received the Wrong or a Damaged Product?

We're so sorry! If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Just send us a photo and your order number at connect@oakandzen.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund—whichever you prefer.

Need to Cancel Your Order?

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once it’s on its way, you’ll need to follow our return process.
